Keep our faith-based, peer-run sober house safe, structured and on track outside daytime hours. Open the day (6 AM wake-up and chores), run evenings and weekends, drive residents to meetings, church and outings, and oversee every resident's progress in the Living Recovery process. Earn your Oregon Peer Support Specialist certification within about 6 months; pay steps up when you do, and credentialing opens opportunities for advancement.
Requirements: complete sobriety · valid Oregon driver's license and clean record · live on-site and stay overnight 5 nights a week · early mornings, evenings and weekends · clean background check · commit to OHA Peer Support Specialist certification · comfortable in a faith-based, peer-run house.
Preferred: lived experience of recovery; sober-housing or peer-leadership experience.
