W.O.R.C. (Way Out Recovery Crew) is a three-phase vocational training and supported employment program designed to move participants from recovery readiness to sustainable employment. It integrates closely with our residential services and is delivered in partnership with Bend Landscape LLC.
Phase 1 – Pre-Jobsite Training Foundational skills, safety, basic work habits, and recovery tools delivered as billable peer support while participants are still building stability.
Phase 2 – On-the-Job Vocational Training Hands-on paid or supported work experience through Bend Landscape LLC crews, with progressive skill development, mentoring, and real-world application while continuing peer support.
Phase 3 – Job Placement Transition to independent or long-term employment with ongoing peer check-ins, resume building, interview preparation, and retention support.
W.O.R.C. emphasizes reliability, work ethic, and seamless integration with residential and SUD services, helping participants build a strong foundation for long-term success.
We provide work opportunities to our clients so that they can support their own recovery plan. We believe that it is important that we help teach long-term behavior and disciplines that promote self efficacy and allows for individuals to build equity and value into their lives.
