We provide work crews for businesses, churches, municipalities and individual. Each crews has a skilled, peer support specialists that runs the crew as the lead. Crews range in size from three to five individuals. All time is tracked by automated app and is billed out at $45 per man hour including drive time.
We provide work opportunities to our clients so that they can support their own recovery plan. We believe that it is important that we help teach long-term behavior and disciplines that promote self efficacy and allows for individuals to build equity and value into their lives.
